1. Custom Orders

All our products are custom-made according to your design, color, size, and logo specifications.

Once production has started and the design is approved, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable.
2. Returns
We only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects, including:

Incorrect stitching or sizing

Printing or embroidery errors

Fabric defects
All return requests must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos of the defect.
3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for defective products, subject to availability.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

The exchanged product will be shipped at no additional cost for manufacturing defects.
5. Shipping & Responsibility

Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue.
