3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices depend on design, fabric, quantity, and customization

  • Final pricing will be confirmed before order approval

  • Payment terms will be shared during order confirmation

  • Orders may require advance payment before production

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Design approval by the customer

  • Price and quantity confirmation

  • Payment confirmation (if applicable)

Brothers Sports & Fashion Wear is not responsible for errors once the customer approves the final design.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines depend on order size and design complexity

  • Estimated delivery time will be communicated during order confirmation

  • Delivery is available across Bangladesh

  • Delays caused by natural events, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • Advance payments are non-refundable

  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only in case of manufacturing defects

Any issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

7. Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality control standards. Each product is checked before delivery to ensure:

  • Proper stitching

  • Accurate sizing

  • Correct printing or embroidery

Normal wear and tear or damage after use is not covered.
