1. Custom Orders

  • All our products are custom-made according to your design, color, size, and logo specifications.

  • Once production has started and the design is approved, cancellations or changes are not possible.

  • Advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable.


2. Returns

We only accept returns for products with manufacturing defects, including:

  • Incorrect stitching or sizing

  • Printing or embroidery errors

  • Fabric defects

All return requests must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product with clear photos of the defect.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We may offer exchanges for defective products, subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The exchanged product will be shipped at no additional cost for manufacturing defects.


5. Shipping & Responsibility

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue.
